Okay, on the one hand, it's the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend and I'm up at 8 because I have to be on my way to work in twenty minutes. :/
But on the other hand, we're finally doing our Homemade Sushi and Bad Sci-Fi Night tonight! Which means I need to decide what episodes of Sanctuary to take. (Note that I don't consider it 'bad,' per se, I just needed to shoehorn it in...)
I'm leaning towards the one with Michael Shanks, becase I'm working wth a crowd that appreciates pretty boys. Or possibly the first Nikola ep, because I heart him. Or Breach, because, well.
Hmmm.... thoughts? :P

I plan to get my very first tattoo . It's a quote from my favourite book " Le petit prince" . on ne voit bien qu'avec le cœur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux. I love to have the full quote on my chest piece . But I'm worried that the the quote might not fit that spot . I don't wanna change either the quote or the spot . So please help me find a way to make my first tattoo look nice without changing anything . It's very important to me .

Hello. I started my backpiece, which is quite exciting for me. It's based on The Snow Maiden, a Russian fairy tale that was later adapted to a ballet by Tchaikovsky. I thought I'd share the progress. Please excuse the goopiness -- I was too excited and took a photo uh. Immediately. Next time I'll try to refrain.

Hey all,
1. So I am looking to get my first tattoo. It will be of the word "aleatoric" - since you all have text tattoos, I was wondering if you could recommend any fonts? I am looking for something very simple and modern, type-writer-esque...any ideas?
2. If I like having a tattoo, I am also planning on getting one from my favorite book, "Demian" by Hesse. I think I want it to be a band, with the words wrapped around my upper arm. Do you think it would look tacky to have two connecting bands, almost like a spiral wrapped around my arm? Most I've seen are just one, simple band, but the quote is too long/my arm is too small for that ;D

Nearly five years after they tied the knot, Bones actress Tamara Taylor and her husband, Miles Cooley, are calling it quits.
The actress, 41, who stars as Dr. Cam Saroyan on the hit Fox series, and Cooley, an attorney, finalized their divorce this week, Taylor's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. The star filed for divorce in February.
The couple got married in an intimate ceremony on a beach in Mexico in 2007. They remain amicable, says the actress's rep. They have no children.

If you have never read Ginsberg's "Eastern Ballad" you really should! I've been thinking of getting "I wake to see the world go wild." But I'm unsure where to put it. Any ideas?
An Eastern Ballad
I speak of love that comes to mind:
The moon is faithful, although blind;
She moves in thought she cannot speak.
Perfect care has made her bleak.
I never dreamed the sea so deep,
The earth so dark; so long my sleep,
I have become another child.
I wake to see the world go wild.
